No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated. This applies to:

 

Digital Products: These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to their intangible nature and instant delivery.

Donations: Contributions to support our mission are voluntary and non-refundable.

Select Physical Items: Certain items, such as custom or limited-edition goods, may also be non-returnable, as specified in their product descriptions.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

If an item is explicitly marked as eligible for returns, the following conditions apply:

 

Return Window: The item must be returned within timeframe designated on website for the particular product with a timeframe of delivery defined.

Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

Photos of the damaged or defective product

We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
